Next generation Mercedes-Benz CLS AMG was finally spotted by paparazzi.
While usual CLS was too often caught, the model caught the first time.
Just worth noting that the side mirrors with integrated turn
signals, taken from the E-Class sedan and the four oval exhaust pipes
clearly show auto accessories.
Current CLS 63 AMG shares its engine
with the previous generation E 63 AMG, and has a capacity of 514 hp
(378 kW). If even under the hood of this prototype will be 6.3-liter
V-8, its power will be not much more, namely, 525 hp (386 kW). The
drive will have to stay to the rear wheels, but are expected to appear
seven-speed gearbox. As for the E 63 AMG will appear in the presence of
18-and 19-inch wheels.
Sales CLS 63 AMG due to begin in 2011, the main competitors of the
new model will be the Porsche Panamera Turbo and the new Aston Martin
Rapide.
